Due to the nature of our products (digital content delivered electronically), please read our return policy carefully:

1. No Returns or Refunds Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the digital files have been delivered or the design process has begun. Because these products cannot be "recovered" or "returned" in a physical sense, all sales are final.

2. Personalized Products All our services (Logos, YouTube Combos, Branding) are custom-made to your specifications. These products are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal provided by EU law, as they are clearly personalized goods.

3. Issues and Revisions While we do not offer refunds, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a defective or incorrect file (technical error):

• Contact us immediately at contact@mmdesign.graphics.
• We will evaluate the issue and fix the error or resend the correct files as soon as possible.
• Please use the revisions included in your package to ensure the final result meets your expectations.
